1) Print and read all the contents and details of the client agreement.
2) Print and fill in all forms of individual or company account (please download forms from the download centre).
3) Valid identity documents (non-Hong Kong residents need to provide copies of valid passports and laissez passer, if applicable).
4) Proof of bank account shows the same details as in the account opening form (e.g.: monthly statements or deposit books).
Complete the account opening form with all supporting documents (listed at section A). Visit our office with appointment (Tel: 29055055). Our staff will assist you with the application. The Company is required to make “risk disclosure” and explain the contents of the agreement in details for the new clients.
Mail the completed account opening form, together with the copies of the relevant supporting documents and crossed cheques to our company for approval.
Notifications：
i. The amount should not less than HKD 10,000.
ii. Issue a cheque in the name of “HUAYU SECURITIES LIMITED”.
iii. The name on the cheque must be in conformity with the name on the identity document.
iv. The signature on the cheque must also be in line with the signature on the application form.
Notifications：
i. Copies of identity documents must be certified and signed by a professional.
ii. The professional qualification and certificate number of the witness must be filled in the account opening form for verification.
iii. Authorised professionals include only：
> SFC licensed persons
> Justice of the peace
> Certified public accountants
> Practising lawyers
> Notary public
