There are deposit notification and withdrawal instruction functions in the trading system. It is convenient and quick to issue deposit/withdrawal notification to our company at any time with simple steps.

Notice of deposit (processing on the same day if input before 4:00 p.m.)

Notifications：

1. If the deposit is not notified to the company, it may not be possible to deposit the fund into the client’s account. We recommend you upload deposit confirmation information (e.g. deposit receipt or screenshot of online banking confirmation page) to the trading platform to speed up the processing.
2. The cut-off time of withdrawal is 4:00 p.m. We will deposit the fund into the designated bank account registered by the client by cheque or bank transfer on the following business day.
3. If you would like to withdraw the fund by remittance, please fill in the remittance details carefully on the trading platform. We will deduct the relevant handling fees from the withdrawal amount. (details of the fee can be downloaded from the download centre)
4. The client must bear the risk and cost of the funds being returned due to incomplete information or other reasons.
5. We will not accept deposits from and withdrawals to a third party’s (anyone other than the trading account holder) bank account.

If you fail to use the trading platform to give notice, please make a phone call to the customer service centre for assistance. Or you can email to enquiry@huayu-sec.com or fax to (852) 2845 3538 after indicating account name and account number on the deposit receipt.
